We’ll be celebrating our wedding on the island of Skopelos (Greece) next summer; July 5th 2025, and we would love to have you join us!
Skopelos 2025
We’re planning to be on the Island of Skopelos for 3 weeks; June 22 - July 13, and would love for you to join us for as long or short a time as suits you.
Our idea is for everyone to have a wonderful Greek or European holiday, and get to celebrate our wedding as part of it!
We recognise it’s a big trip and want to give everyone as much time as possible to plan ahead — a formal invitation will follow (with an official RSVP).

🇬🇷 Welcome to the beautiful island of Skopelos — the Emerald Isle in the ink blue Aegean Sea.
Skopelos village is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, thought to be settled around 1600 BC by the mythical king Staphylos, son of Dionysus and Ariadne, who introduced the wine to the locals.
Today the island of Skopelos is famous for it's delicious local produce, green forests against white rock beaches, crystal clear waters, and as the filming location for the Mama Mia movies!

For those of you hoping to come and eager to book early-bird accommodation, we’ll send out a curated guide with all our recommendations, but you can get started with a few accommodations linked here. 👉
We will also provide a Skopelos travel agent to help secure bookings and travel arrangements. Ferries can be booked to and from the nearest island, Skiathos, which has an international airport for those wanting to make a European vacation out of your trip!

Right next door to Sam's folks, Cassandra & Colin's home, on the ring road that encircles the old village. It's clean and well appointment with a pool, breakfast included, and street parking behind. Just know that it's a 10 min walk uphill home from the port!

The most chic and design-forward hotel option, a short 10 minute stroll from port, with a gorgeous view of the sunset behind the old town.

A little enclave down on the port — no uphill climbs for you! There's even a little house (if you can get it before someone else does).
